Who we are

Tekmando is developed by Websynoptiq inc., in Québec, Canada. The person in charge of protecting personal information is Stéphane Désilets, who can be reached at contact@tekmando.com.

What we collect

Only what you enter in the waitlist form: your name, your organization, and an email or phone number. We also note the date, the language and the page of the form.

This site uses no cookies, no analytics, no advertising, and loads nothing from any other site.

To block abusive submissions, we keep an encrypted fingerprint of your IP address, never the address itself. It is deleted after 24 hours. Like any web server, our host's server also keeps technical logs.

Why

To get back to you about the waitlist, the pilot program and the release of Tekmando, as you asked. Nothing else. Your information is never sold or shared.

Where, and for how long

Your information is stored on our host's servers in Canada (Montréal). It is deleted 12 months after our last exchange, or sooner if you ask.

Your rights

You can at any time access your information, have it corrected, withdraw your consent or have it deleted. Write to us at contact@tekmando.com.

If our answer does not satisfy you, you can contact the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec or, outside Québec, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Our research surveys are hosted on websynoptiq.com and have their own privacy notice.
